Reaching Creative Professionals on Their Home Turf.
Adobe MAX is where the creative industry gathers — designers, content creators, video editors, and the professionals who build their careers around the Adobe Creative Cloud stack. For LinkedIn, the show represents a high-density audience of the exact users the platform wants engaged: career-minded creative professionals building their personal brand and portfolio in public. The brief called for a booth that felt human and approachable rather than corporate, with active hands-on demos that gave attendees a reason to spend real time in the space. Two Eighteen was engaged to fabricate the full environment.
Planning an Approachable Brand Footprint.
An arched signature element, demo kiosks, and curated meeting zones.
The footprint had to balance two opposing needs: a strong brand read from the aisle and an inviting interior for one-on-one demos and casual conversations. Our production team coordinated the arched LinkedIn signage structure as the anchor element, with Content Lab demo kiosks lining the open perimeter and curated meeting tables in the interior. Tropical greenery and a polished concrete floor treatment carried throughout to soften the corporate read.
Custom Scenic Fabrication.
Arched LinkedIn brand structure, Content Lab kiosks, and meeting environments.
The signature element of the build is the curved arched header structure carrying the backlit “LinkedIn” wordmark in the brand’s deep blue. The structure reads from across the aisle and frames the booth’s primary brand moment. Around the open perimeter, our team built the Content Lab demo kiosks: vertical structures with integrated touchscreens displaying the platform’s content tools, finished in matching deep blue and accent gradients. Inside the footprint, white meeting tables paired with branded backdrop panels created intimate spaces for one-on-one conversations and live demos. Glass-and-frame perimeter dividers separated the booth from the aisle without closing it off, and potted tropical greenery softened the perimeter throughout.

Full On-Site Delivery at Adobe MAX.
All elements were fabricated and pre-fit in our Las Vegas facility, then transported to the Los Angeles Convention Center for installation within the Adobe MAX load-in window. Install moved in sequence: the arched LinkedIn brand structure first to set the booth’s presence in the hall, the Content Lab demo kiosks and meeting tables next, then the perimeter dividers, branded backdrops, and greenery to close out the environment. Our on-site team supported the multi-day Adobe MAX run, kept demo kiosks live and presentable across show open hours, and handled the post-event teardown.
A Human Brand Moment in a Creative-First Crowd.
The completed LinkedIn booth gave the brand a credible, approachable footprint inside the Adobe MAX show floor — a space that read like the kind of environment the creative industry actually wants to spend time in, not a conventional B2B booth dropped into a creative event. The Content Lab demo kiosks stayed steadily engaged across the show run, and the curated meeting tables gave the LinkedIn team room for substantive one-on-one conversations with creators. This project reflects Two Eighteen’s capability to translate a brand brief for a major B2B platform into a physical environment that meets a specialty audience on their terms.
