Three Brands, One Cohesive Experience.
PayPal came to CES 2026 with a multi-brand activation challenge: create a premium, lounge-quality suite that gave distinct identities to PayPal Ads, Venmo, and Honey — three separate products — within a single cohesive space. The activation needed to move well beyond a conventional trade show booth, functioning instead as an invitation-only meeting environment that communicated sophistication and product depth to senior partners and media attendees. Two Eighteen was engaged by the project’s creative agency to bring this complex multi-zone design to life at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Engineering a Multi-Zone Suite.
Precision planning for branded zones with hotel-level finishes.
The project required careful coordination across three distinct branded environments, each with its own visual identity and fabrication requirements. Our production team worked from the agency’s design to develop structural plans for the signature PayPal “P” pod, the Venmo and Honey illuminated wall panels, and the entry corridor installation. All elements were fabricated in our Las Vegas facility and installed within the conference suite’s load-in windows, with particular attention to finish quality given the proximity of the space to high-profile media and partner attendees.
Custom Scenic Fabrication.
From a dimensional logo pod to illuminated brand rooms.
The centerpiece of the build was a large-format fabricated PayPal “P” logo structure, engineered as a functional enclosure with LED edge lighting and an interior seating area framed by tropical greenery. Frosted glass panel walls on either side carried the “PayPal Ads” wordmark and created a semi-private corridor entry. In the Venmo and Honey zones, our team fabricated large backlit wall panels with gradient tropical landscape graphics — each room defined by its brand color and custom-built furniture arrangements including branded lounge sofas and accent pillows. The entry corridor featured floor-to-ceiling illuminated photo lightbox panels lining both walls, topped by a ceiling installation of suspended white tulips creating a signature arrival moment. All wall and ceiling elements were built with clean, hotel-grade finishes throughout.

Suite Installation at CES.
All components were fabricated and test-fitted in Las Vegas before transport to the Las Vegas Convention Center. The installation unfolded zone by zone: entry corridor first, establishing the arrival sequence, followed by the PayPal “P” pod and branded glass panel walls, then the Venmo and Honey room installations. Dark walnut wood paneling and blue carpet were integrated throughout to tie the rooms together. Our on-site team managed the full installation within the convention’s load-in schedule and provided active support throughout the multi-day CES run, maintaining the environment and handling daily resets before a clean teardown at close.
A Suite-Level Experience on the Show Floor.
The completed PayPal Ads activation suite delivered a private, premium environment that stood in sharp contrast to the open trade show floor surrounding it. Attendees moved through a curated sequence of branded spaces — from the tulip-lined entry corridor through the PayPal “P” pod to the Venmo and Honey meeting rooms — with each zone reinforcing a distinct product story at a consistently high level of finish. A client testimonial captured the outcome directly:
“Two Eighteen took a very complex and refined design for CES and brought it to life, as close to render as we could have hoped for. They were dedicated partners from every stage of development.”
This project demonstrates Two Eighteen’s capability to serve brands and agency partners alike, delivering complex, multi-zone interior builds with hotel-level precision at one of the world’s most competitive trade show environments.
