Translating a Digital Community to a Physical Space.
For Super Bowl LX 2026 in Santa Clara, California, the vision was to translate the digital community of Threads into a striking physical environment. Engaged by the project’s creative agency, Two Eighteen was tasked with executing a high-impact brand activation that resonated with football fans and tech enthusiasts alike. Top experiential marketing agencies rely on our production facility to bring complex architectural concepts to the trade show floor. Our role as the fabrication partner was to produce an immersive space that perfectly matched the agency partner’s design intent. The result was a premier super bowl brand activation that stood out in the crowded Super Bowl Experience footprint.
Technical Production & Planning.
Collaborating with the agency partner for seamless execution.
Working strictly as the execution and production partner, Two Eighteen coordinated closely with the client’s creative agency to review their structural designs and material specifications. We translated their conceptual renderings into build-ready plans, ensuring every detail of the Super Bowl exhibit design met rigorous safety requirements without compromising the deep blue and dark navy color palette. Our dedicated project management team oversaw the entire timeline, from material sourcing to the final on-site logistics in Santa Clara.
Custom Event Fabrication.
Building the framework for a digital giant.
The core of this experiential event production was a custom structural framework and cage system, featuring tall vertical columns that enclosed three sides of the booth. Our team utilized custom fabrication techniques to build the backlit lightbox header signage and the striking dimensional edge-lit panel sign displaying the Threads branding. To anchor the space, we produced a custom white broadcast desk—complete with integrated seating and microphone mounts—highlighted by a neon-pink and magenta illuminated rectangular tube border. Every piece was built and test-fitted at our Las Vegas facility before shipping to the venue.

Graphic Production & On-Site Installation.
Following meticulous preparation, our on-site management team traveled to California to oversee the assembly of the environment.
- Graphic Production: Installation of full-coverage printed wall backdrops featuring a repeating “Threads NFL” pattern, along with custom printed fabric banners attached to the structural cage framework.
- Flooring Elements: Application of large printed vinyl floor decals showcasing the Threads logo circles, set against premium dark carpet flooring.
- Technical Production: Seamless integration of small video monitors and screens into the back wall display for dynamic digital content.
- Event Rentals: Coordination and placement of teal and yellow upholstered round stools alongside white round pedestal tables to complete the interactive seating areas.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Does your experiential event production team work directly with brands?
Yes, Two Eighteen works directly with brands, in addition to serving as a trusted white-label partner for creative agencies. Because we are a dedicated production facility, we do not handle the initial marketing strategy or creative pitching. Instead, we focus entirely on execution. Whether a brand comes to us directly with a design, or an agency partner brings us in to execute their vision (as was the case for the Threads Super Bowl activation), we act as the premier custom event fabrication partner to build, engineer, and install the final physical environment.
Can a Las Vegas-based fabrication company support events in California?
Yes. Two Eighteen’s 120,000 sq ft production facility in Las Vegas is strategically positioned to support experiential event production across the West Coast and nationwide. For the Threads activation, we fabricated the entire structural framework in Nevada and provided comprehensive on-site management at the Super Bowl Experience in Santa Clara.
How long does it take to fabricate a Super Bowl brand activation?
Timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of the build. For large-scale activations like the Threads booth, our team works from the agency partner’s approved designs through fabrication, test-fitting, and on-site installation — typically spanning several weeks.
